Cotswolds Calligraphy (known as 'the company') is Cheltenham based, offering modern calligraphy services.

We may collect your name, email, phone number, bank details, delivery address, billing address, wedding/event details, wedding/event guest list, wedding/event guest home addresses and any other information relevant to a transaction.
Why we collect
Cotswolds Calligraphy needs certain information from you in order to conduct business and provide goods and services.
The company holds all personal information confidentially in accordance with the current Data Protection regulations, whether it is held on computer or in secure manual filing systems.
The company will store your personal information only if you chose to provide us with it, for example by completion of an electronic form on this website. In these circumstances, any personal information supplied will only be used to provide the requested information or service.
We may ask you to consent to receive information about our goods and services.
How do we collect
The company collects information through your use of our services. This may be collected by website forms, paper forms, email and via phone call.
What we do with your information
In addition to using your information to provide you an excellent service, we use your information for internal record keeping, after sales care and testimonial requests. With your permission, the company will also use designs that were created for you for marketing purposes, such as, sharing photographs on social media and the Cotswolds Calligraphy website and displaying samples of design at wedding and event fayres.
How long do we keep your information
Your information and any data, (i.e. wedding/event guest list), relating to the job is deleted by the company after 90 days of job completion.
Correspondence, such as, emails between you and the company are deleted by the company after 12 months of job completion.
Invoices are kept for 7 years as per tax regulations.
How we protect your information
Cotswolds Calligraphy will not transfer your information to any other organisation. There may be times when we recommend you to another supplier, in this situation, we will ask your permission before sharing your data.
Physical and electronic security measures have been implemented in order to protect data from loss, misuse, or unauthorised alteration or destruction.
Please note, however, that where you are transmitting information to us over the internet this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
We will notify you promptly in the event of any breach of your information which might expose you to serious risk.
